Advantage Memory created the Environmental Test Facility (ETF) to ensure that each product is tested for functionality and 100% compatibility in the system environment. Such extensive testing keeps our RMA rate among the lowest in the industry and allows us to guarantee the compatibility of all our products.
Should you encounter a failure with any Advantage Memory product within 30 days of the original purchase, we will cross-ship you new product within 24 hours. All you need to do is contact your Advantage rep for a RMA number.
Advantage Service Assistance Program (ASAP)
The Advantage Service Assistance Program (ASAP) is a creative solution to help the Channel resellers stay on top in this increasingly competitive memory market. The ASAP program, along with our lifetime warranty, is designed to be an "Insurance Policy" for the Channel. In the unlikely event that an Advantage Memory memory product is found to be the cause of a system failure, Advantage will immediately reimburse its Authorized Dealers up to $75.00 to defray the cost of sending a service technician to an end user site.
IBM Service Agreement
Advantage Memory has extended our client support by signing a Service Agreement with IBM. This agreement provides on-site or depot service for Advantage Memory products installed in IBM PCs, PC workstations, PC servers, ThinkPads and IBM desktop printers covered by an IBM warranty contract. IBM also offers maintenance services after the warranty period has expired on the IBM equipment. Combined with our approvals from other major OEMs, Advantage offers our Channel Partners the most comprehensive service and support in the industry.
